Sebastián is legal advisor to mining companies in the acquisition, financing and development of their projects, including the processing of permits, mining property, litigation, advice on environmental assessment processes, due diligence processes and administrative and contractual issues, among others. He has also been a professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Universidad Finis Terrae in his areas of expertise.
