Drafting of the bill on extended producer responsibility (future Law 20,920) and the bill creating the Biodiversity and Protected Areas Service (future Law No. 21,600).
• As Director of the Environmental Assessment Service (2013 – 2014), implementation of the new Regulations of the Environmental Assessment System.
