Armando is focused on Environmental Law, Natural Resources and Regulatory Law. In 2021 and 2022 he worked as paralegal at Guzmán, Toro y Ruiz Abogados. He was also part of the Environmental and Natural Resources Commission of the Chilean Chamber of Deputies, as parliamentary advisor. He joined ICC Abogados as an associate in 2024.
