Jaime has public and private experience in environmental, energy and mining issues. He has been an associate of ICC Abogados since 2022.

• Law degree, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2019).
• Master of Laws and Mining Policies (LL.M), Centre for Energy, Petroleum & Mineral Law & Policy, University of Dundee, Scotland (2023).

• Between 2018 and 2022 he served as Chief of Staff to the Undersecretary of Energy, then to the Undersecretary of Mining and finally to the Undersecretary of the Treasury. He was previously part of Libertad y Desarrollo’s legislative program and completed an internship in public policies at the Manhattan Institute for Policy Research in New York.
• Since 2020 he has been a professor at the School of Government of Universidad del Desarrollo where he teaches the Political Institutions course.  He has been teacher’s aide of Constitutional law and Environmental Law at the School of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
